Scaling Brand Systems

Executing the fund’s vision to expand globally, I supported Coralus in omnichannel marketing and communications strategy, process innovation, and creative team management.

What I did:

  • Managed projects, from productions to web design

  • Launched a brand intranet for employees and members

  • Omnichannel marketing channel execution

  • Developed voice & tone guidelines

While managing the brand’s email channel, user engagement increased, resulting in a 50% average open rate.

Learning Lab Launch

Bringing together the diverse minds of the Coralus network, I executed the marketing launch of an online learning platform that featured live webinars with speakers such as Refinery29’s Chief People Office Carolyn Meacher and author J. Kelly Joey.

What I did:

  • Go-to-market strategy and tactical plan for the learning platform

  • Oversaw speaker onboarding and created enablement resources

  • Generated leads for Coralus’s venture and investor programs

Learning Lab’s launch phase resulted in more than 5000 participants.

Member Advocacy

Core to its growth model, Coralus has a vast network of investors (known as activators) to provide funding and mentorship to ventures in its programs. I produced video and digital campaigns that highlighted membership benefits while positioning members as thought leaders.

What I did:

  • Designed programs for member testimonial-sharing

  • Produced a video series featuring Coralus members

  • Multi-channel community management
