CalendarHero

Executed the pivot of the award-winning CalendarHero from an enterprise assistant to meeting scheduling software, driving a 6X increase in product usage, a 4.6/5 G2 rating, and its eventual acquisition. Rebranded the company from Zoom.ai to CalendarHero, led an end-to-end website redesign, blog launch, revamped email campaigns, and co-marketing with integration partners like HubSpot, Greenhouse and Zapier, which cumulated in a 10X website traffic increase and a 200% lift in email open rates.

Narrative Transformation

Leaving behind its history as an AI executive assistant and former focus on enterprise customers, CalendarHero needed a renewed voice and marketing approach to reposition itself as a scheduling solution for busy customer-facing teams in mid-market companies.

What I did

  • Crafted new positioning & messaging

  • Redesigned the website

  • Launched a product blog

  • Developed an inbound marketing strategy

Within less than a year, calendarhero.com’s monthly new traffic increased by more than 400 per cent.

The Rebrand

In early 2021, I led the team in a complete rebrand, dropping Zoom.ai and becoming CalendarHero. The rebrand showcased the impact of design and brand in SaaS product marketing, leading to greater market clarity and increased revenue.

What I did:

  • Managed the rebrand project and team

  • Provided creative direction for design assets

  • Strategized and executed the go-to-market plan

Partnership Expansion

Integral to CalendarHero’s inbound strategy, I worked with companies like ActiveCampaign, Zapier, and HubSpot to bring CalendarHero to marketplaces and promote app partnerships, from blog posts to social media campaigns.

What I did:

  • Marketed 70+ app integrations

  • GTM execution for integration and partner launches

  • Developed partner and sales enablement collateral

What I did:

  • Email strategy & segmentation

  • Targeted marketing automations

  • Sales campaigns

  • Collateral design & copywriting

During my tenure, CalendarHero’s average open rate grew by more than 200% and was more than 10% higher than the industry average.
